We are looking for top-notch sales folks as we disintermediate the old behavioral science tools (accuracy, UI/UX, cost, ease-of- use & understanding), as well as supplement the existing recruiting / ATS (application tracking system) players who only “automate processes” so that companies can actually “hire better”, based on factors that lead to higher performance and corporate culture and team fit, across roles and teams. Specifically, we are looking for a few VP of Sales who have at least 2 of the 3 requirements below: 1) Strong Network with our “Buyers” – i) CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition and/or Recruiting, & Talent Development Execs, OR ii) Heads of Sales or Sales Recruiting who are looking to higher for predictive success and fit with the company and roles ; AND 2) Software experience selling SaaS, Cloud-based HCM / HRIS solutions – ideally, with knowledge of either recruiting (ATS), Culture Mapping, and talent development software solutions, including Recruiting tools ( Taleo, HireRight, Recruitify, Zoho, Greenhouse, RecruiterBox, Workable, Newton, Halgoen, TalentSelect, UltiPro, iCims, JobVite, PeopleFluent, etc ), OR Culture mapping tools ( CultureMapping, CultureIQ, ThreadsCulture, RoundPegg,Motivocity, PeopleClues, SquarePeg,Pomello, etc.); OR 3) Ideally (but not necessary), an understanding of Behavioral Science / personality self-assessment tools, such as DISC, Predictive Index (PI), Birkman, Caliper, StrengthsFinder, Caliper, Profiles, etc). Vertical Expertise – Agnostic. Given our TalentFit & CultureMapping solutions work for any industry, you can focus on any vertical where you have relationships. Our most excited customers are those with either: A) very large workforces, with HIGH TURNOVER (like retail, restaurant, hospitality), OR B) fast-growing companies who want to maintain their successful culture as they grow. Even government and education seem to benefit greatly from our TalentFit tools as they use our tools for screening large numbers of applicants based on existing successful employees or students.
